- Tuesday 26th December (Boxing Day)
- Monday 1st January (New Year’s Day)
Otherwise we’ll be open as normal: 8am-8pm Monday To Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday.

If you’re a traditional prepayment or smart meter customer experiencing a supply problem, call our main number on between 9am-5pm and you’ll be transferred to our out of hours support service.
